I am Mark the owner, and I am very much aware that you have a huge variety of restaurants and bars to choose from when deciding on somewhere to go out and spend your well earned cash, so sincerely thank you for choosing us. My team and I are very passionate about hospitality, and we really hope you enjoyed your visit.
Most of the time we get things right, and our online reviews in the main demonstrate this. I can assure you that a great team of dedicated chefs, managers, serving staff, cleaners, suppliers and more are all working hard to earn your ongoing support and repeat visits.
As a family owned business, rather than a big corporate chain, your feedback really does have an immediate impact on what we do and how we operate. It helps us take on the BIG guys and convince potential customers that smaller operators like us can be trusted to offer a great experience.
Conversely if we let you down in anyway then I'm personally very sorry. It is inevitable that when we serve thousands of people per week, in a business with many moving parts, things will on occasion go wrong.
